Abstract

The article presents the role of the motivation to achieve success in environmental protection in the development of reflexivity in the individual, the characteristics of the effect, and the psychological mechanisms of its emergence.Also, the development of the motivation for success in the individual, its effect on reflexive processes was determined using a psychological examination tool. Accordingly, the role of motivation for success in the age-related development of reflexivity has been revealed.
