Abstract
Men of letters and other outstanding personalities, who glorified nation are feathers of its pride in the whole world. A poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, who was deep “on the ship of intellect into the river of thought”, is regarded not only by the Turkmen nation, but also by all Turkish-speaking peoples. And the study of the life and creative heritage of the poet, who conquered a deserving place in the hearts of millions of peoples, created a new trend in the literary studies, which is called “Magtymguly studies”.
