Abstract

Baburnama” contains a wealth of information about Babur and the literary environment of the period in which he lived. Based on this information, it is possible to reconstruct the biographies of many famous poets of that time who lived in Central Asia and wrote poems in Persian and Turkish. The book depicts the image of a number of the poet’s contemporaries, statesmen, artists, musicians, historians. The article focuses on the Timurid princesses who were close to Babur and who knew him directly in “Baburnama”.
