As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.

Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
All Articles must be submitted as a single PDF file.
-Pay special attention to the quality of figures and the fonts in the figures.
-The fonts must be readable and match with the rest of the article.
-The research article, research letter and Incremental article must have one concept diagram.
-The first figure must be problem statement and second figure should be the solution concept diagram.
-Technical reports must have a clear diagram on Experimental setup.

Peer Review Process
The Three tier system has two stages of Peer review.
1.Each manuscript would be read by the dedicated team of Editors.
2.External Peer Review, with two-three independent reviewers.
3.Authors must specify their respective contributions.
4.For transparency, we encourage the authors to allow the peer review comments appear along with the articles. However, this is an optional feature.
- Authors retain rights to the figures and data appearing on the SPAST journals.
- No prior permissions are needed to reuse the results published on SPAST. However, due credit must be given to SPAST via citations.
- Unique DOI would is assigned to each of the articles which appear on SPAST.
- Authors are free to upload the published articles on ResearchGate.
